For up to 30 days after shipment, return any Procera Health product and we’ll refund the purchase price of those items. Before returning the product, please call customer service at 1-800-231-4101 Monday through Friday 9am to 5:30pm ET or email info@procerahealth.com for a Return Authorization Code (RMA). Include the RMA code on your returned order.
